Cole’s Furniture & Floor Fashions located in Building #4 is a must see shop for the most exciting and unique outdoor furniture as well as lake accessory items.  This new booth offers just a small sampling of the many products and services available at our retail store located at 123 Main Street in beautiful downtown Penn Yan.

Beverly Faulkner paints the misty isle of her ancestors. With each trip, she brings the essence of Ireland home with her and in a small, modest studio near Penn Yan, she applies the finest oil paint to linen canvas, transforming her experience into paintings, rich in detail. .  Her paintings hang in collections from Maine to California and abroad, including England, Ireland, and Belgium. 

Grandma's Kitchen

Grandma’s Kitchen has anything that you remember from your Mom’s kitchen, like cookbooks, aprons, linens and cookie cutters.  They also have a large selection of advertising boxes and tins of all kinds.  There is also the “Man Cave” where a guy can find things that he has as a kid, toys, models, books, knives and much more.

Welcome to L.I.T.E. (Laser Image Tech. Ent.).  We offer original hand painted glassware, metal and wood items for your home or gift giving.  We have a large variety of:  wine glasses and carafes, pitchers with matching goblets or tumblers, mirrors – cheval style or hanging, 4-way cake plates, 7 pc. S&I Signs

Come visit our Gallery of Signs.  We are located in Building 4 and the Open Air Market.    We have over 600 sign sayings available in a wide selection of sizes and color.  All of our beautiful signs are made in the USA.  If you do not find the perfect sign for your needs, we would be happy to customize one for you.  We carry vinyl siding hooks.  No more drilling, nailing holes into your vinyl siding.

Welcome to Savi's Mixes, in building 4, just look for the big pink cupcake flag!! Stop over and sample our varieties of fudge, dip mixes and soups. We carry ice cold drinks and locally  roasted coffee, grab a cup to go. Try our scones, muffins, brownies and cupcakes. Unique crocheted gifts and items for your dog! Got cupcakes? We do!
