Gramma's Butterflyed Potatoes

Come and enjoy a generous portion of our “butterflyed potatoes.”  The freshly “butterfly” cut potatoes are deep fried in soybean oil (good for you!) and served hot with a variety of toppings.

Bruce and Patricia LaRose are starting their 17th year at The Windmill.  All the folk art and furniture in their store is made by them at their East Syracuse shop.  They also build custom furniture to order.  Patricia is a renown folk artist and has both originals and prints of her work on display.
